Calling All Lake Seneca Students! You’re Invited to the Oct. 24th Youth Town Hall Meeting
The Montgomery County Council will hold its annual Youth Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, October 24, 2018. This is a chance for Lake Seneca students to meet local elected leaders and tell them what’s important to students. Montgomery County Public Schools students in grades 6 through 12 can also earn SSL hours for attending. Click here to learn more.
The Youth Town Hall will take place from 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at the Council Office Building (100 Maryland Avenue) in Rockville. A pizza reception in the Council cafeteria will start at 6 p.m. Councilmember for a Day awards will be presented at 6:30 p.m.
Students can use #MoCoYouth to pre-submit questions on all social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) to get involved! The Council will also have an official SnapChat geofilter at the event.
