Hello Lake Seneca Families!

It has been such a privilege to offer Girls on the Run for the past three seasons at Lake Seneca. We would love to offer Girls on the Run for the spring season as well, but we need your help! We are severely short of coaches. Many of the teachers who have volunteered to be coaches can no longer coach or can only be present for 1 out of the 2 days per week.

Lake Seneca is one of the only schools in the county that has only teacher volunteers as coaches. We are asking for moms, dads, aunts, uncles, etc., from the Lake Seneca community who are interested in volunteering as a coach to join us!

Sadly, we fear that we will not be able to offer the program this season unless we get enough volunteers who would be willing to commit to 1-2 days per week from 3:45- 5:00pm. We share coaching responsibilities throughout the season so should you become a volunteer coach you would only be responsible to lead a handful of lessons which are written out for you in the GOTR curriculum while supporting other coaches on their days to lead. Thank you for your consideration to help up continue this wonderful program at Lake Seneca.
